2. Arlo Assure Secure: This plan incudes 1 Floodlight/Solar Panel/1 Wireless Doorbell/Calix U4 Router
3. Arlo Guard Secure: This plan includes 3 Arlo Pro 4 Cameras/Wireless Doorbell and a Solar Panel for each outdoor camera

Our team of professionals will help you get started with Arlo Secure on your mobile device. The app is available both on the Apple App Store and the Google play store. The following steps are required for setup:
- Download the app from the app store and create a new account.
a. Reset your password. This is a required step.
Your service provider does not have access to or store your personal password. - Set up the app and connect your cameras.
a. Open the Arlo app and make sure you are connected to the home network
b. From the Arlo app, select Add Device, select Cameras, and then Essential
c. The Arlo app will help you complete setup, and guide you through the installation process
