The PocketZone app seamlessly extends our secure and reliable Wi-Fi service, and it comes as a complimentary inclusion with our internet service.
PocketZone support English (default), French Canadian, German, and Spanish. To change the language, go to Settings > Language and select your desired language.
With a GigaSpire, you can initiate a speed test directly from the PocketZone app to test the speed from your GigaSpire to the internet.
From the Home screen, tap:
1. My Network.
2. Tap Bandwidth Test
3. Tap Run Test. After the speed test completes, the results appear in the My Network tile on the Home screen. You'll also see a new notification. Tap the Notification icon to review the speed test results.
